I believe that anytime is a great time to tell God that you love him it doesn't matter where you are at or when if you feel you love God just tell him.

We should always tell God we Love Him, however do you not think it would be best for us to show Him by, Loving and helping others around us find their way to Him. Not by telling love, peace and joy all the time, but by, preaching and teaching the whole Word of God and about Jesus and the Heaven that awaits the ones that except Him and the Hell that awaits the ones that reject Him

You know, I love God, and I don't hesitate to tell anyone that, either. But 'questions' like these don't serve any real purpose and only tend to annoy people. The same people, in fact, that you're probably trying to reach.
And no, that's not meant in a nasty way, either. Bottom line:
If you believe it, live it. If you don't walk it, don't talk it.

You may say to God that you love him everyday all day long at times when they are going good and also at times when you are sad and discouraged or in any kind of pain!!! YOU JUST SAID IT!!! he heard you right away even before you even spoke the words or wrote them! REMEMBER he wants your love forever!!! I believe it is the wrong time to say that when you or a loved one is dying of cancer, but it is the right time to say that when everything in your life is beautiful and perfect (which I believe is a rare condition for most of us).

God is always there to talk to us. So I don't think, actaully, I KNOW that there is never a "right moment" to tell God you love him. Anytime you think of it is good for him!
