Yep, attempt to jog every day for a hour for a week because it rather is the perfect thank you to get a flat abdomen. I also have a flat abdomen and a eat like a pig...i assume all i do is often carry my stomack in regardless the place i'm...believe me after a jointly as u get use to it and ur abdomen in no way gets massive inspite of ways lots u eat.
