i belive we all have one i have a book on it but its seems hard to follow, somthing simple to start me off cheers

I believe this too, i have had angel experiences. Ignore the narrow minded lot who tell you your mad!! I find the best way is through simple meditation and relaxation. Try and get hold of a C.D with relaxing sounds on (anything you find calming) listen to it whilst you soak in the bath or find somewhere peaceful and quiet. Concentrate on your breathing and just relax. Tell your angel (in your mind) you are ready to meet them. The better you get at meditating the easier it is for them to contact you. I have been doing this and i havent seen any yet but have felt a strong presence around me (which is enough for me) When you are fully relaxed start to Imagine you are on a sandy beach or somewhere you love, take in your surroundings and listen to the sounds and let your angel come to you. Well, first you have to agree on a pickup time, and a drop-off time. Do the two of you work in the same area? That'd help a lot.
Then you need to arrange a schedule. Who will drive on which days? How will you communicate if one or the other of you needs to go off and do something else on a particular day?
Once that's in place, you should be off and running, except for one remaining problem - there's no such thing as guardian angels, and if you believe in them, you probably shouldn't be on the road in the first place.

I understand what you are trying to say and it is a good thing that you wish to do.
You can talk to your guardian angel with thoughts. According to the late Fr. Malachi Martin who was able to see his own guardian angels (priests have two), he said that it is very necessary to tell your guardian angel that you want him to give you 100%. Your guardian angel will do little or nothing for you unless you ask. This is why children are taught the simple prayer:
Angel of God, my guardian dear,
to whom God's love entrusts me hear,
ever this day, be at my side,
to light and guard, to rule and guide, Amen.
A child like confidence in your guardian angel is very helpful. You know he is there. Greet him in the morning and tell him good night and thank him for all he has done for you that day. Tell him you love him and and wish for him to be at your side watching all your thoughts and actions. This may seem juevenile to many people, but there is nothing complicated about developing a relationship with our guardian angel. They are our best friend.
I had several expereinces with my guardian angel. Mostly when I have been in danger, my guardian angel has commanded me to do things which I did without giving these commands any thought. I could hear his voice as clearly as I hear the voice of any human. Once someone said horrible things to me and falsly accused me of things and my guardian angel commanded me to stop listening. My ears were closed off suddenly and I could not hear what this angry person said. It was the strangest thing. Another time I had an uncle who was dying and this uncle had caused much grief in my life. Well, hours before his death his own guardian angel came to me (I could not see him, only hear him) and asked me if I would forgive my uncle. Of course I emphatically said yes because I knew his salvation depended on my answer.

Commute means to travel as to work and back. The only time you may commute with your guardian angel is when Jesus comes back to get us all. If you mean communicate with him, it is the same deal as you cannot communicate with him unless God deems it needful for it to happen and then the angel will let you know.

Tarot. Runes. Something with a alot of interpretation to it.
Do the method.
Make up answers.
I personally like to use the answers from most of the Atheists here. The glossolalia of it lets my HGA speak volumes. Mostly in snide comments and snickering.

Meditate ... lots of library books and internet sites on the subject. It takes patients. Don't expect immediate results. But meditation has lots of other positive effects, so is a good thing to add to your life. Good luck
