Personally, I think it's a form of crowd control. Mostly political as well, not to mention the money gathering.
However, if I were to believe in this man-made thing, ignoring religious wars and killings in the name of the church, I'd think of all religions as spokes on a wagon wheel with God at the center.
As the spokes get closer to the center they also become closer to each other ending up at the same place...whatever universal presence that may be.

Why do i see this Q on here alot?
The correct one always---always is Jesus Christ.
He is the way the trueth.
Forget religion,just folllow Jesus.
Wether you agree not it is still the only way.Even if most people poled disagree, it doesnt change the trueth.
He is the same since the begining nothing can change that fact.
In the end all will see the trueth. We each must make that choice to beleive or not.And we all know it but some act like they dont so we have to repeat and repeat, and for what, for argument, for nothing,to be ridiculed?

i would agree that no one religion is the correct one, but since you ask for "the correct one" i would point out that correctness is relative. But if you are still serious about this "correct one" i would say believing in that which contributes to the good of humanity. Because in the end, regardless of belief, all we have is our faith and trust in each other as human beings.

None, of course.
Think about it. If there are 100 religions, and the believers of each one think theirs is the one true one and the other 99 are false, then you have 00 religions voted 99-1 against. What are the chances that one actually is the true one? Nowhere near as high as the chances of them ALL being wrong.
Damn. Religion HATES logic!

According to Jesus, TRUE religion is feeding the hungry, clothing the "naked", visiting the sick and those in prison, and meeting the needs of others.
But if you want a relationship with God, Jesus said "I am the way, the Truth, and the Life. No man comes to the Father but by me". Nobody else ever said anything like that before or since. Jesus also said "I am the light of the world", and "I am the bread of life".
You see, we have a broken relationship with our creator because of our sins, which separates us from God. But Jesus bridged that gap by laying down His perfect life in payment for ours, thus bringing forgiveness, reconciliation, and a changed heart.

None of them are correct.
Religion is based on the concept of subjective truth which relies on human reflection and emotion. It's inherently flawed. After all, who can really say if your feelings about something are right or wrong?
There is no such thing as religion based on objective truth. Religions are faith based, objective truth is about analysis and providing evidence which can be shared and observed by all.
In other words, none are correct, but you're free to believe what you like.
Peace.

As I've said before. I don't follow a religion, I follow Jesus Christ.
The word religion implies that I'm doing something or working at something. Jesus Chist has proven Himself to me me, in salvation and healing me. The point is by following Him, I don't have to be religios as, He's done the work.
