But if melting or in the mood for anything stronger then French Raclette.
Also Roquefort melted onto grilled tomoatoes as a side dish with Steak!

Roquefort. It's made from ewes' milk so it's not affected by all the diseases in cattle and so, the milk doesn't need to be pasteurised. That means the cheese can taste the same as it always did.
