Roquefort. It's made from ewes' milk so it's not affected by all the diseases in cattle and so, the milk doesn't need to be pasteurised. That means the cheese can taste the same as it always did.

ohh how do you choose .. I like all cheese but suppose if I had to choose it would be a Farmhouse strong cheddar ..the farm over the road used to make it and it was gorgeous but like everything else they stopped producing cos they wasnt makin money out of it , and supermarket stuff not the same so if any one knows of anywhere that still makes it let me know .. cheers x

It's just got to be a nice mature Cheddar. Have tried many others, but nothing compares! I don't live in the UK now, and it's not available where I live. Oh my! They don't know what they're missing (especially with a glass of good red wine!!).
