If you had feelings for someone and 9 years went but you never hooked up because one of you in a relationship, would you still have those feelings if you haven't seen them in awhile and nothing has changed in his personality or appearance. I know I need to ask so please don't put that, I am very shy when it comes to asking someone out.

well for me yes coz i think think first love is really special. The thing is u have to express it before its too late n another 9 yrs passed so go for it if u still love the person...
thats my opinion..........

I would have to say that love is eternal. I understand. I told mine. we were both married and he never had a clue that i was in love with him....
When we met, i was with his best friend and couldnt stand him....my bf and i became x's and he went into the service. I wrote him all the time. But never told him...I wish i had. Now he's married to a wonderful lady.
Time is too short to waste.....Tell him.

They may stil have those feelings but without talking to them in depth it would be hard to tell. Why not just catch up as friends first im sure you will get the feeling if she is still interested or not..
