It would take at least 2 coats of a good primer and then at least 2 coats of the new color to get the room back to normal.
I know because I just had to repaint a room that one of my kids had painted a midnight blue several years ago.

Probably two. Green paint always seems the hardest to cover, so turquois might need more than two. I've never tried to paint over black paint, so I have no advice. May want to rethink that color, and use black as an accent instead. But to each his own :) Just make sure to buy really good paint when you make it beige again.

I like your idea of painting the walls different colors but I think you need to stick with the same color family or it'll look too busy. Why not do three walls the same and accent one in a darker or lighter shade of the original. Or choose one color and paint 4 different shades of it. When it's time to paint over you may have to use a primer first to save yourself from having to use 3 coats.

You will need white primer first that should take anywhere from 2-3 coats of primer. Then you can put the beige back up there and you will need a couple of coats of that.

My daughters room was painted a very bright turquoise. The walls are textured. When we repainted it beige, it only took one coat of Ace Hardware's Royal Touch Semi Gloss Wall & Trim. Only two little spots of turquoise came through ( because of the texturing ), which you can touch up when it dries. We used Semi Gloss because it makes the room look brighter and it is easier to clean.

it's not the beige that would cover the colors but the brand of primer you use good primer would take only one coat to cover. the black paint may take two.

It will take a lot of paint to get rid of especially the black, but any dark color is hard to cover. You might try using wallpaper and then painting over that. You'll have some seams, but it can be removed fairly easy and you'll be back where you started.
