Only one thing left--replace the voltage regulator. Hopefully the alternator is still good. (When one of these things is bad, it tends to destroy the others, but the battery should still be good.)

If it's not that, perhaps there is a short that is draining the battery while the car is not running. You would have to get a mechanic to check for shorts. It is less than $100 to check it.

If you purchased a rebuilt alternator, the diodes could be defective which would prevent it form charging the battery. If that were the case, your car would start but would run the battery down after driving it for some time till the battery was drained.
A defective voltage regulator would cause the same problem as its function is to tell the alternator when and when not, and how much to charge the battery.

If your battery cables have some white and or greenish looking stuff on the battery connectors, they should either be cleaned or replaced as this will not allow good connection to battery.

If you let it set overnight and next morning battery is dead, then you have a short somewhere in your wiring which would cause a constant drain on the battery.

If the car would not start right after you installed the battery and alternator, you could have a defective starter motor or starter relay which would not turn the engine over to start and make it appear the battery was dead. If that is the case, turn your headlights on and if they are bright, that would prove battery was OK, and you have a defective starter motor or starter relay.

Your best bet would be to go to an Auto Zone store or other parts store and explain your problem to the counter person, they are very knowledgeable about auto problems and could tell you right away what your problem is. They do this on a daily basis.

Your problem has to be in one of the above.

check the battery terminals, where the car attaches to the battery, if one or the other is loose it will cause the battery to not recharge, new terminals are only like two dollars at your local auto store.

If there is an external regulator on the fender or firewall, I would suspect this first.
