"O" level certificate is not so important because of our changing education system. I knew alots of those especially part-time Poly students without "O" level because the Poly admit students from the "ITE". A diploma is much more better than "O" and "A" level certificate. No choice, because there are 5 Polys in Singapore and with the population decreasing, thus the standard of admission have to be lowered or else nobody can get in and you find that the Poly are white elephants.

O level is a entry pass to JC,ITE or Poly if you're going through a normal route.

If you have a Poly dip aft sec school most properbly you are going the short cut, like you are halfway yr sec then drop out and take a Private Dip.

doesnt matter, if you do not have a O cert . Go for a Degree if you can. Have more experience in the module you are interested in. then in future yr employer will just cover one eye that u do not have a O cert

I don't know what diplomas you have and which polytechnic you graduate from? Having a 'O' level is to determine your next course of study in either JC or polytechnic.
