Throwing Up After Eating

Gluten intolerance, allergic reaction to a food, a yeast syndrome, low blood sugar, and over-eating. These are my best guesses.

I would say eat snacks instead of meals - and make sure each snack has protein (meat, vegetable or soy), green leafy vege (other than iceberg lettuce) and good fat, either almonds or olive oil. Maybe 2 oz of protein and a handful of veges. Eat a snack about every 4 hours. If that does not stay down - after 3 snacks - call your doctor for an appointment, as it may be a sign of an intestinal blockage. Have you been constipated?

are you alergic to a specific kind of food that your family continually makes for a meal? Do you have a choice in the foods you choose? Maybe the food (like fruits or veggies) have not been washed well enough to eat. Maybe a particular food or product has preservatives in it or they have added something new to the product in manufacturing it. Maybe you are eating too much (stuffing). Maybe you ae eating too much or just before bedtime. You didn't say if you got sick after eating "all" foods or just specific ones. These days more people are alergic to wheat and nuts than they were in the past. I myself have noticed problems with some foods recently. More and more we are bringing in foods from other countries, so be sure you wash them very well before eating.

It could be any number of digestion problems. You need to seek medical advice as soon as possible. Not holding food down can cause all sorts of problems with your body.

Call your doctor.

You are making an excuse about not being able to leave. GET A JOB, move out have him pay for child support and support yourself. Or file for alimony. There are WAYS you just have to work hard. Who cares if he is cheating? You should be worried about GETTING OUT .
