Schizophrenia is a brain imbalance that is as yet poorly understood. Whilst there are some treatments these tend to seek to suppress or re-balance things. Medical science is moving very quickly and I am sure a more complete understanding is not too far off. Once that is achieved it should be a short step to a cure.

It is most likely to be stem cell or gene therapy. A number of years yet before the treatment can be on the market but cross your fingers.

50% of schizo are in our genes

so we would hve to kill a hell a lot of people
or do genetic experiment in the same lot
not feasible
