The wedding party isn't worried about what you look like they are supose to be the stars of the day.. so yes where your black slacks if that is what you will feel comfortable in and you look nice in.. that is great.. try to find a pretty blouse to go with it and you will be just fine..
after all they are more interested in your attendance than what you wear..
go and enjoy the big day..

Are you in Michigan? I have an outdoor wedding today and I am wearing black dress pants and a colorful top with some dress shoes. Have fun. People wear black to everything. it's the easiest color to match other things with.

no. to an outside wedding you need to wear something light and light-colored. black is usually worn to indoor weddings during the evening. but then again, it depends on the style of the pants and the top you are wearing

Well it's best to check with the groom or bride if they would mind. Spice it up with a nice non-black top and lovely accessories like a matching set of clutch and shoes (not black)

Sure, just where a really cute colorful shirt with it! I would just where a skirt or dress, there a lot more fun. I love getting dressed up for a wedding, it's my favorite part.

try not to wear black if you can...brown, khaki or beige are also nice colors.
