my family love popeye's chicken, especially my husband's mom, i guess the taste remind her back home since they are from louisiana, it brings back good memory.
plus, when she make smothered chicken, she used popeye's to avoid heavy frying in the kitchen. its flavor adds a kick to her good old home down cooking.

There chicken nuggets are good but I love the dirty rice and the red beans with rice.

popeyes chicken is off the chain--really good ****, not too spicy - not too mild too---that **** is good---i don't know if it's really chicken though---but hey, it's good though

Why? That is grease and just yuk! Why do you love that stuff? I bet there is still some little feathers on that chicken when they cook it.
