Are you using a mouse with that hand? I get that sometimes when I use a mouse for a long period of time, it's just the funny angle.

I am not a Dr., but I have experienced the same thing. It sounds like you may have "CARPAL TUNNEL" that is what i was diagnosed with it occurs mostly when you do repetitive things, like using the computer on a daily basis. Are your last three fingers numb, pain shooting up your thumb? look it up and see if you have any of these symptoms, It may even be coming from a pinched nerve in your C-3or C-4. A neurologist can do a test called an EMG to track any nerve damage/or possibly circulation problem, anyway please get it checked out with a trained Dr, it will probably get worse before it gets better/seek help. GOOD LUCK>

I have trouble with my right hand getting tingly and then numb rather quickly - The last time this happened to me I had just had my thyroid out and my calcium levels bottomed out - my Dr said this was a common symptom - what Im trying to say is have your calcium levels checked maybe they are a little low? Its not whats wrong with me now and its happening again - I have had my thyroid and calcium levels checked but I now have fibromyalgia and it just seems to be a symptom that goes along with it... Not trying to scare you it could simply be a problem with Calcium levels - or even a carpal tunnel syndrome thing - what angle do you hold your hands at when you type do you let your wrists hit the desk or hold them up straight? Anyway I would say get it checked at your Drs.

Do you have poor circulation? You should see a doctor. It's Saturday, so just go to the walk-in clinic.
