No, unless it's genetic in your family. It could be a sign of stress.

Yes it is. I started having grey hair when I was in 6th grade, no joke. I inherited that lovely trait from my Dad whos entire head was grey at 25. Now I am 27 and I dye my hair. Because if I didn't, well, it would not be attractive. It is normal, but at your age, I wouldn't worry to much. Especially if it is just a few grey hairs. That is what mine started ot with. By the time I was 20 was when they started appearing more and more.

I had a friend who was mostly grey at 17. According to him, it was great because everyone thought he was older than he really was.

"Normal" varies. You may start to grey at 15. I didn't start until my late 40s. I had a friend who needed bifocals at 25. I was 45. I have another friend who's 60 and doesn't need any glasses or contacts...perfect vision without any surgery. I needed glasses at 9.

I've noticed that grey hair seems to pop up more / sooner in people with really dark hair. Now...is that because it shows up better against really dark hair...or is there something about the gene that gives you dark hair that makes you go grey sooner? Heck if I know...

Short answer...this is apparently normal for you.

You can get grey hairs at a young age simply from stress.

It is not really normal, but I had a few grey hairs back when!!!!!
Even in my beard, that began to grow when I was 11.
Now as you can see from my picture in my blog, I am completely grey.

In some families it is. A child hood friend of mine was 9 years old and had a lot of gray hair. She said it ran in her family and that her mom was prematurely gray and her mothers mother was as well. Just like Taylor Hicks the American Idol, he said when he was in grade school kids use to pick it out of his head because they thought didn't know it was actually his real hair. That's just the way it is for some people.

And again........ You sure you're not 32324 in disguise? She's strangely absent this afternoon.....
Anyway, it's not really normal, but on the other hand it's not unusual (apologies to Mr T Jones!), but it's rather like young men who are completely bald by the time they're thirty. It's like a blokes' bits - all in the genes.

Normal, who can say. But typical, no it isn't. I didn't start greying until I was 26 and I thought that was fairly young.
