When SETTING A RESTORE POINT---?

How much space does it take up.. Should I be concerned about THAT or not....?

If you have a large hard drive and plenty of space available on it then it should not use too much. To clean up old files etc I recommend you use Crap Cleaner (CCleaner) It's free and available from the link supplied below. Good luck!
