Stop drinking tea!!

But honestly it's probably not the tea.

Bad breath comes from unhealthy gums or dental problems. Try The following.

3 Percent hydrogen peroxide, it's very inexpensive and all you need to do is brush your teeth and tongue with it, at least twice a day. It will heal your gums and seriously improve the health of your teeth. Swish with it in between brushing. Don't swallow it it makes your stomach feel icky.

This comes from my family dentist and I have used it for many years with excellent success.

Good Luck and please try this. My best friend wouldn't listen and ended up with a root canal and then just lost the tooth because the gums were in such bad shape. Not to count NASTY BAD BREATH.

are you sure it's the tea? Are you putting sugar in the tea? The sugar and/or milk will cause bad breath.

Also, when's the last time you had your teeth cleaned by a dental professional?

How often are you flossing?

Using a tongue scraper will help a lot, too.

if you prefer to smell like something else then try Altoids, peppermint listerene, cloretts, any gum (there's cinnamon and mint and other flavors). But if tea is causing a big problem then change to drinking water.
