Only if you are willing and able to do something about it. For starters, you should be in a position to have a permanent, committed relationship (no obligations or psychological factors that would prevent you from that). And as far as his moving is concerned, that would mean you need to be willing to move there yourself if it turns out he loves you and wants to be with you.

I mean, obviously you would then discuss the matter of where you would live, but it may turn out to be better for all concerned (you two and, for example, your respective careers and families) for you guys to live there rather than wherever you are now, and you need to be prepared for that and able to accept it and take action - before you go into that discussion.

That having been said, once you've made the decision to be together, have that permanent commitment and become one (physically and not only), then that has to take precedence over everything else - family, career, etc.

So that's some stuff to keep in mind as you're figuring out whether to speak to him about it. May God bless you!

I believe yes, tell him.. ..he may like you, too.

then
one the other hand if you don't tell him and he doesn't know that he's gone to another country he may get all confused why lots of people are driving on the wrong side of the road, have strange foods, speaking a different language or somin'
Then he'd forget about you.

YES Tell Him / Her

The old saying is true
" better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all"

Or put another way
Do you really want to wonder "what if" for the rest of your life?

Tell them, and see what happens.

I'd say no, unless you know he's going to come back soon, AND you think he might have the same feelings for you. If you don't think he does, and if he's going to be gone for a long time, then why bring on sure heartache? Go in a new direction!

What is up with love today, nobody seems to know what it is. I believe that when you are inlove with someone you are willing to die for them and do anything for that person.

Why not? This person will not probably stay in the same country because of you :-) (or maybe she/he will? :-) ), but you should tell it. For your own peace of mind.
