A word of advice... just be yourself! If you worry too much about trying to be funny or cocky or whatever, you're not being you. A girl wants to see the real you, not someone you're pretending to be! Good luck!

Here are some basics.
A good flirt will allways leave a girl wonderring if you're serious or just being playful, humor will take you far with catching a girl's interrest, stay away from self-depricating humor unless you're amazing at it, women don't necesarilly find it sexy. Be agressive but don't be a jerk, smile, make eye contact, speak clearly. Practice in a mirror. Make discrete physical contact, brush a girls arm as you reach something or stroke her shoulder to let her know you'd like her to move or touch her hip or arm as you compliment her sense of style.
Pay attention to the details of your appearance. Make sure facial hair is evenly trimmed and you're shaven closely, a girl will notice even in a dark club. Wear clothes that fit your environment and whenever possible clothes new off the rack. Even if you think your clothes look fine a girl will notice a limp collar or wash-fading. You want your clothes to show your wealth no matter what your style is.
Allways bring your A-game when you flirt. Don't go out when you're tired or dealing with personal drama. Girls will run from any man that doesn't show readyiness and social virility. Your wit has to be at it's sharpest in case the girl you're after has a good brain and can put your off your game.

I am one for women who are themselves and have respect for themselves. I do not like women who are easy to sleep with and not self motivated.
