I think you can not improve your lost eyesight but i have a personal experience when my eyes get strained I use to drink carrot juice(home made) and eat more greens.. you can even go for some eye excercises... prevention is better than cure regarding eyesight

Carrots. and also go the optometrist and check your eyes because some people do need glasses. Its genetic, if someone in your family wears glasses from a young age you might need them too. If anyone starts wearing after their late 30's or 40's that is just old age. Just check your eyesight ....there are always contacts my 12 yr old wears them and no one knows there is something wrong with her sight.

Carrots are supposed to be good for the eyes as they contain a good measure of vitamin A.

I actually have a book about Vitamins and it says to eat a lot of Vitamin A.
So fruits and vegetables with the color orange on it, apple, yogurt, etc

hey my name is steph and just to answer your question i think it's either fish or if you don't eat seafood like me then you should try carrots but no too many you will go orange from too much vitamin c. ok well i hope that you are happy with my answer good luck and make sure not too many
