Don't plan to do anything bad to him. If you love your brother, you'll help him change for the better. Maybe he has a problem and only takes out his anger on the whole family because he thinks its ok to put it out on them. Strive to change him for the better. Nothing will happen if you hurt him! It will only make the situation worse! He'll soon find out that what he has done was wrong.

The best thing I think you should do is to advice him. Just look for a day that you know he is happy. Make him to be more happy then ask him why he is behaving like that. Listen to him and when he has finish tell him you don't like his behaviour. Try to explain things to him, don't querrel of fight. Just let him know that his behaviour is not good and let him understand he is growing old and not young.

Make a board game, everytime he does something good move him up a step, he does something bad, move him down. At the end of the game offer up a prize.

offer him a gift if he acts good all day. if he does act good all day then give it to him but if he doesnt make sure you don't give it to him, he'll have to behave tomorrow and he might get it tomorrow.
