She's about two weeks off before the kittens arrive, she is always sleeping nearly all day and she is locked up during the night for safty reasons, she's moody as well, she usually is very smoochy and cuddly but now she's very touchy, Is she OK?
And If anyone gives me the Irresponsable owner act I will report you!
Im getting her fixed after the kittens are weaned.

She's eating and drinking fine, she has had all her vaccinations and she's having no problem going to the toilet.

That's normal for her to be acting that way she'll sleep close to 18 to 20 hrs to be rested up for her new family.Oh yes she's OK when she's all touchy and smooching you she's showing you her happiness. You don't show as being irresponsible you show you love your cat very much, Your worried about her.
She'll be fine soon your going to have kittens running around.

I've been raising kittens for years. It is perfectly normal for an expectant mother cat to both sleep and eat more. As for the moodiness, remember that she's uncomfortable. You would be too, if you had to carry all that weight around. Most cats don't like to cuddle with us humans in their last couple weeks of pregnancy. She'll be fine, and once the kittens are weaned, she will most likely return to her normal self.

This is very normal! She is worn out and preparing for birth... She is moody because of hormones and the need to protect herself and unborn kittens... relax she is fine.. she w/probably start looking for a place to give birth soon, and may even try to hide from you during these last couple weeks.

Sleeping alot is normal anyway for a cat. At the last stages of pregnancy it is even more normal. That's not correct English but it is correct observation of cats.
Being "touchy" at the last stages of pregnancy is also a privilege of cats. Some cats are touchy all the time.
Thank you for getting cat spayed.

She is perfect. Cats need 18 hours of sleep a day anways. She is most likely tired from carring all that extra weight around.

Female cats can get tempermental during pregnancy, so don't try to bug her too much

I would be tired & cranky too if I carrying alot of babies!
I wouldn't worry about too much, she is experiencing mood swings because of hormones.
Just love her anyway & when she comes around let her know she's still special.
