Well you could make friend's at work, you could also start a club in your neighbor hood, that's a good way to make friend's, also you could get some pen palls I do that, there are some pen pall on line websites try that, are there any people in you neighbor hood that seem interesting invite them over, and talked to them don't be shy, everybody was in the same position as you at one time or another.
