Mine is multigrain oatmeal with a little brown sugar and alot of cinnamon, fresh fruit (cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and pineapple..or whatever is in season), and 8 oz of non fat milk.
Whatever you pick...make the carbohydrate multigrain or whole wheat, and avoid fried stuff.

I typically have 4-6 egg whites scrambled or as an omelet (you can mix 1 whole egg with 3 egg whites if you don't like just the whites) and a bowl of oatmeal. If it's a higher carb day I'll add in a fruit or some juice. It's also good to maybe add in a glass of milk. Some days I will have whole grain waffuls with lite syrup and a few slices of turkey bacon or french toast made with whole grain bread. If I'm rushed for time I'll have cereal (either Kashi or Special K protein plus) with skim milk.

I used to have oatmeal, or toast with a soft boiled egg or an avocado on top- quick and easy. Now I'm hooked on soymilk (very vanilla-"Silk" is the best brand) with protein powder in it- I'm up at 6-630 AM and am not hungry till 11:00 or so-28 pounds lighter and much happier-- and! (I'm a young 46) no hot flashes and my cholesterol is down!
