12,000 calories is more about 5 or 6 times more than an active man needs.
To get there, you would need to eat 6 individual Pizza Uno four cheese pizzas at 1900 calories each. That would get you to 11,400 calories, so you would still need to drink a pitcher of coke to wash them down.

I'm guessing that you meant 1200 calories, not 12,000. If so, eat more than just 3 meals. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner with a small snack in between and by a snack, I don't mean Little Debbie cakes either. Healthy snacks like fruit and yogurt or cottage cheese, fruit and 1-2 low fat/part skim string cheese sticks, beef or turkey jerky (just watch the sodium), nuts or trail mix (high in unsaturated fats), etc. If you are seriously talking about 12,000 calories, I'm not sure why you need this much. If you're trying to gain weight, the most I have seen a person taking in to gain weight is 5000 calories a day and that's bodybuilders. Good luck!

Whoa, are you trying to gain weight? Man, because 12000 calories is enough for 3 people. Normally it's 1200 calories. For 12, 000 calories, you need to supplement your meals (also take) something like boost or ensure to aid in calorie adding. If what you meant was 1200 calories, then Breakfast 2 pieces of toast (120 calories) with a dab of butter (50 calories) 8oz of milk (150 calories) 1 hardboiled egg (100 calories)(total breakfast 420 calories) for lunch: 1 lettuce/tomato/shredded carrot/1 cup turkey chunks(approximately 120 calories), 1 diet drink (like crystal lite) (5 calories) a small ministrone soup (about 150 calories) (total 270 calories) a snack in between lunch and dinner, an apple (80 calories) with a table spoon of peanut butter on it(100 calories)(total 180 calories). Dinner: 1 small piece about the size of a cd and the width of half your thumb rib eye or chicken and a salad with 3 crackers and some crystal lite (200 meat, 45 crackers, salad without meat 5= total of 250) Bedtime snack of half a banana with 4oz milk (175 total) Grand total calories: about 1295 (95 calories won't break you). Or go on the atkins non calorie but only meat and salad and crystal lite (egg and bacon with diet coffee no milk or tea for breakfast, and salad and meat for lunch and dinner) that'll take off pounds fast.
But on the other hand, if you really meant 12,000 calories, geez, Cake, Cake Cake for all three meals, and I mean the whole thing, but you wont' be protecting your heart. Unless you eat normally and add ensure or boost to each meal plus snack time. Good luch with your endeavor!

1/5, 2/5, 2/5 12,000 is a lot of calories. Even at 30 cal/kilo that is an awful lot and for a large man doing ditch digging. A 200 lb man, 440 kilos, needs 14,200 doing hard labor.
