should i cut my hair?

Im mixed race, and therefore have afro hair. I have been growing my hair for the past few months, for the hell of it, and was hoping to get it long enough to braid and tie back, but that is gonna take at least another year of growing. therefore shall I just throw the towel in, and go back to having shorter hair, or keep growing it. Some of my friends say, my long hair adds to my character, and others say it looks messy and they prefer short hair. just wondering what you girls think on the situation!?

Keep it up, it's a pain in the a** going through the growing phase, but give it a try, you can always cut your hair.

i'm no girl, but like to suggest and help...the choice is yers, and you do whats best interest for you...different people has his/her own idea/choice/suggstion and the desicioin to keep or not is solely up to you...if you look cool in short hair and not long, then keep 'em short, but, if you look funky and adds character in you by just havin' long hair, then why not boost your character/image in growin' long hair,...
