None. Never use the word diet. Change of eating habits permamentley. A diet is a temporary thing that does not work. A lifestyle change of portion control, walking . exersice worked. I lost 40 lbs. real fast and healthy over a year ago and kept it off. Instead of a whole medium pizza I have two slices. Just portion control and you can eat anything, dont sit like every American does and watch TV after dinner, walk exercise. DO NOT EAT before bed. Eat three hours prior. If you get huingry drink a glass of water. Eat the same foods just less.
Good Luck

jellybelly, a diet will never work long term as you need a life style change then you will have success.
i have lost thirty pounds over the past four months and am never hungry as a matter of fact i eat even when i am not hungry.
learn about what watching your carbs really means, it is much much more than watching bread and spagetti intake. i was eating about 500-600 grams or more a day of carbs and now my target is less than 80. i am not doing the atkins diet i want you to understand that. i do push a lot of protein and i ride a bike and work out at the gym 2-3 times each a week.
i am 49 years old, have a family with two teen age sons, and a job that requires about 60 plus hours per week so you cant say you do not have the time.
when you have a lifestyle change, vs diet, then you will be successful.
good luck

eat small portions...people misunderstand how the whole thing works. high protein diets are good but remember the best way to speed up your metabolism is too eat at least 5 or 6 meals at day,so by the time you eat you will not be starving.Balance your meals, meaning eat different foods and always make sure that your meals consist of 70% protein(meats. eggs, fish, and poultry, 20% of carbs(rice, breads, and pastas), and 10% fats(peanut butter, olive and canola oils, and avocados.
Another good way to a healthy nutrition is to sometimes drink a protein shake instead of a regular meal. Tip: Add a fruit for flavor
Drink lots of water too, before you eat, during, and through the day. Good luck to you and have a great weekend.

Just follow the food pyramid and exercise regularly and watch portion sizes. Most diets do not work long term and you will end up regaining the weight (and probably then some) back.

maximum of solutions... dude you're very youthful. do not say that "i'm a student so i don't get time for something". you have each and all of the time. consume notwithstanding you desire to. only pass outdoors in night and play some outdoors video games. particularly soccer, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you could. Play soccer each and on a daily basis for an hour or 2 and you will see the variations.

The problem with "dieting" is when you stop the diet you gain the weight back. Try making more permanent diet and exercise changed, life style changes.

don't diet, just eat 'whole foods' avoid processed sugary crap and sugary drinks. eat veg, fruit drink loads of water, eat little and often (healthy) and exercise. no good just dieting as the skin will end up all flabby. also, white bread isn't that good for you.
