To beautify themselves and make themselves feel better. Why not? Women have been wearing cosmetics for hundreds and hundreds of years - they found jars used for cometics in Ancient Egypt.

in the world of ceatures all the male ones are the good looking
example peacok, lion,tiger, horse ............all the cretures
so like the humans the good looking is the male one only!
but owing to the egoish female mentality the females tend to pretend that they are beautiful and do the havoc in spoiling their faces to feel themselves (though the boys know the fact) beautiful
