1 or 2 spicy hot Bloody Mary's.
Ironically, alcohol is the most commonly available thing that breaks down the hangover causing chemicals in your body that are there due to the previous days drinking. The Vodka shot in the Bloody Mary helps do this without getting you drunk again.
The Tomato Juice replenishes lost B and C vitamins, & the Zinc and Lycopene are good antioxidants speeding recovery, and also replenishing your bodies resources.
The Salt in a Bloody Mary is also something that needs replenishment after drinking has taken salts out of your body..
The Pepper/Tabasco helps wake up the digestive system, and also causes a mild endorphin release - which are the body's natural pain killer thereby making you feel quickly better.
And last but not least, it's a natural liquid helping sort out the dehydration caused by drinking.
And of course, drink plenty of water and eat a high fibre, low fat breakfast (that means no fry up) as the fat puts an extra strain on the liver while it's already struggling from the booze after effects.
And whatever you do, don't take pain killers like Panadol, etc as they're harsh on the stomach and liver. So whilst they may help with the headach in the short term, they'll make you feel more sick, and also slow your recovery by putting further strain on the Liver. If you must take a pain killer try something like Alka Seltzer, which is gentler on the stomach, but even that still slows recovery by putting strain on the Liver.

I have always found that a pint of water just before going to bed(if you can find the bloody thing!!)helps with the headache problem, but does nothing for the queasy, washing machine type stomach!Your brain needs re-hydrating throughout the night thats all-i dont really know about the fry-ups or other foods,i prefer NOT to eat at all after a night on the sauce-my stomach usually tells me when to eat.

More beer means another hangover (the headache will be worse, if you drink while still hung over.)
My suggestion is taking some Aspirin (or putting an ice pack on your head) and thinking twice before you drink next time.

Beer doesn't help you with a headache. In fact, you'll get
hangover and a headache, if you drink too much of it.
The only way is to stop drinking for the moment and swallow
2 tables of panadol which will relieve you of a headache. If
headache still persists, go quickly and see a doctor.

Lots of water, a good dose of vitamin C and some E, a small bit to eat and then something fizzy and sweet to drink like a cola.
Will really help if you do the same, minus the cola, when you come in from the party to go to bed.

Drink water and/or fruit juice. Don't drink coffee, it will make the dehydration worse, which is probably what is causing the headache. Night before, make your last 2 drinks water or fruit juice, and you will get a much less severe hangover.

depends on how many beers you had !!!! But seriously stretch out on your bed, curtains closed.............after you have eaten something. i.e. toast and what ever, boiled egg, cereal, anything you fancy really, but in small quantity. The most important is to drink a strong coffee (with milk/sugar, if preferred).
Good luck, and remember that awful feeling for next time you go out on the town.............
