why do christians worship jesus if his not a god?

Jesus is also the only one whom God used when he created all other things(Colossians1:16) Then too, Jesus is called the Word,"(1John 1:14) This tells us that he spoke for God,no doubt delivering messages and instructions to the Father's other Sons, both spirit abd human.
The first born Son equal to God, as some believe? That is not what the Bible teaches. As noted earlier, the Son was created. Obviously, then,Jesus had a beginning, whereas God has no beginning or end. (Psalm 90:2) The only-begotteen Son nevereven considered trying to be equal to his Father. I am a Christian and I do not worship Jesus. He was a teacher and a example to anyone who wants to learn and grow spiritually. Only God,under whichever name you give"him" is a god. I believe God is the universal great harmony in all the cycles and wonder around us and Jesus, as well as other great men, had a chance to see and touch that level of inner growth.Unfortunately, many sects of Christianity, just like in many other world religions, change,reinterprate andadjust what he and other great spiritual guides have said and preached. Man always has to do that-look what historians do--is it always complete history? Never. Too bad we all don't just try to learn by example and stop pushing our opinions and ways on others.
