If Mary is the Mother of Jesus, and Jesus were God incarnate (now there's an important word!), then Jesus' Father is God.
Incarnate doesn't imply God was just born 2,000 years ago. It means God materially manifested in the flesh as Jesus; not that God was born then, but didn't exist before.

Yes, Mary is the mother and God is the father....no earthly man could be the father as the blood is determined/inherited from our father. Jesus had to have pure blood, not inherited tainted.
His Blood had to be pure as to satisfy as being the spotless Lamb. Sinless, so to speak.
Just keep reading and you will be enlightened. Just because it makes NO sense does not make it NOT so.
Once you get it together, you will be so amazed at this wonderful God we have. It really does paint a lovely picture as it comes together. I still stand "so amazed."
What I understand is so perfect and what I don't, He is perfecting.
Mr Mister gave me this answer when I asked about the DNA of CHRIST:
That blood in Christ’s body was not human blood. Let me tell you why. Jesus said, in Hebrews 10, verses 4 & 5, it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sin. So when He came into the world, He said, because of it, My Father prepared a special body for Me with precious blood in it, I Peter 1:19. Do you know that the blood of a woman never enters a fetus? All children have only the blood of the male partner. And because Adam sinned, Romans 5 verses 12 and 18 and 19, that blood could not go into Christ, or it would be tainted, wicked, sinful blood. So they bypassed a man's sperm, because of the work of the Holy Spirit producing that special body in that virgin with special blood. Let's get rid of this garbage that’s going on in so many of our denominations today.
Raptured poeple can not came back over age 33. They will be between 28 and 33.
Whether it's a baby that dies at three years of age or it's a person who lives to be 90 and dies, we will all be between 28 and 33 years of age. What? How do you know that? I'm not basing it on I John 3:2, when we see Jesus we'll be like him.
Then on what is it I’m basing this? DNA. We're releasing prisoners all over the nation now who have been found innocent as they have studied their DNA, and boy am I going to tell you some exciting things about DNA and the resurrection message of Easter, But the DNA within every human being, according to optimal development for functioning purposes, never ages beyond 33. So whether it's that little baby or whether it's that 90-year-old, when we hear the shout come up hither, Revelation 4:1 and we're snatched away in the twinkling Of an eye, I Corinthians 15:52, at that moment our bodies are raised, but the DNA is brought back from the dead, cannot be over 33 years of age. 28 to 33. Wow! Isn't that a wonderful thought for the future!

God the Father. If You also want to look a bit closer at the scriptures; God the Father is also (in scriptures) called Melchizedek. (See description in Hebrews 7:3).

A paradox (Gk: ÏαÏάδοξοÏ, "aside belief") is an apparently true statement or group of statements that leads to a contradiction or a situation which defies intuition. Typically, either the statements in question do not really imply the contradiction, the puzzling result is not really a contradiction, or the premises themselves are not all really true or cannot all be true together

since God made Virgin Mary pregnant with...how ever He did it, God would be the father though it would make sense that Joseph is the father since Mary and Joseph were married.

You're assuming that people agree with you in suggesting that Jesus is God. I don't believe that so your whole question is moot.
