If you are going to color your hair go with a darker shade. Lighter shades tend to show off damaged areas and split ends. Ask your hairstylist about Redken EQ Shades, it acts sort of like a conditioner while depositing the color. Its a demi permanent color so it typically lasts 4 to 5 weeks. Its perfect for hiding dry ends, I've used it on many of my clients and they all love the shiny, smooth results.

The Olive oil element is definitely an excellent thought. I additionally had a similar hassle as I dye my hair rather often. as quickly as I positioned conditioner on my hair (in simple terms the conventional much less high priced style from the food market) I bypass away it on for approximately 5 minutes. I did this approximately 3 to 4 circumstances a week and steadily, My hair have been given into extra effective undertaking. additionally, take care of your hair nicely in any different case. Brush it with a organic bristle brush for a jiffy an afternoon and don't use too plenty product. possibly turn your hairdryer off as quickly as a week, say on a Sunday or sometime once you do no longer doo too plenty and in simple terms permit it dry clearly or in case you particularly can no longer undergo to, turn the warmth down a splash. trouble-free ameliorations often artwork extra effective that fancy stuff. believe you me, I spent intense $$$ on fancy stuff and a few repairing conditioner (Pantene do an excellent one) did in simple terms the trick. desire this permits. :D

It's not the color you choose, but the type of color you put on your hair. I would highly suggest a semi-permanent color that will add lotsa incredible shine, great condition, and possibly a little body. Find a salon that colors with Redken, and get their shades EQ conditioning semi-permanent color gloss. It is awesome. Follow this up with a color safe shampoo and conditioner to keep it long-lasting. I've been coloring hair in my salon with this particular product for 4 years and the results are phenomenal.

I advise you to use a shampoo that has only natural ingredients, best are the ones with aloe vera and jojoba, also find a conditioning rinse with aloe and jojoba.
Your hair needs to regenerate, only rinsing it with shampoo won't do any good. First time you apply it to wet hair massage to stimulate scalp and create a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly. The second time you apply the shampoo, massage it into your hair and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. This is important part, aloe and jojoba has to absorb into your skin and "feed" your hair with vitamins. Then rinse until hair is thoroughly clean.
Aloe - Jojoba Conditioning Rinse - After shampooing, massage rinse into your hair and leave on for 5 -7 minutes, rinse hair completely and dry.
Again, this way your hair will get the right care and enough vitamins to regenerate, it will help your hair make look soft and shiny again.
It's important to find products with aloe and jojoba, I use those and they really helped much.

You can dye it but color isn't going to help your situation.
I recommend hair mayonaise twice weekly ,1 hour apeice.
Always, always rinse chemically treated hair with cool water.Heat is the main enemy.Comb hair tenderly,be gentle.Use a detangler like suave for kids,it works great.
The most important thing to healthier hair though is:
Don't **** with it unless you are going to dress it up,
Meaning, when you are at home, don't put pomades,
gels or anything.NEVER blow dry your hair unless you are going to 'dress up'.
When you do go all out, your hair should have more glow to it.The golden rule of hair is:never obsess on it.
Let it be.

since you won't stop dying your hair i say go dark. jet black hair is absolutely gorgeous and makes women look gorgeous. your hair can be soft and shiny provided you use the correct products, however, if you'd like it to be noticeably soft and shiny then jet black is the way to go AND you'll look great too!

Any color hair can be shiny and silky. You need to use a hair polish after shampooing and before blow drying. I like Frizz Ease and Frizz ender.
Good luck!
