This guy is always looking at me whenever I pass. Whenever I'm not there he'll ask about me to my friends.He's very sweet and kind to me.His friends tease him a lot by my name.Does this mean that this guy like me?If yes I have no problem because I like him too.

DEFINATELY DO FURTHER.he definately likes u. but u mustnot think he loves u.whatever both of u face,first be a good frnd.dont tell that u love him.instead u do something by which he can fell that u cares about him.be a good friend of him first.share his sorrows,happines,desires,likeings... he can understand ur faithfulness.once u become his frnd-then bst frnd and if it is done --the time will led u to a more intimating relationship-where none of u have to say anything-it will be done.love only fulfil with time.believe me -i m successful.hope it will be fr u too.best of luck

If you really feel some thing for him and the boy is not absurd for you then you can express it. Because to get the true love is really very difficult and once it overtakes you as much you cry you don't get it back again. But before taking decision don't be too hurry otherwise it can leads to take wrong decision. Anyway probably the boy loves you ,wait a bit for his proposal ,if he is really too shy, indirectly give him the sign that you also love him or be a bit brave. Before getting positive reply don't give your total heart to him otherwise if he does not think in this way you will suffer then. Anyway best of luck.
