Yes I have made stuff up. Not all the words meant anything though and some of 'em were kinda silly disses to some people I personally knew.. so I will refrain from sharing those and the rest I don't really remember too well because I haven't coined any new idiosyncratic vocabulary words as of late. Oh wait I do kinda have one. At work I am supposed to call out the word "corner" when I am going around the corner but sometimes I just say "corn" and its pretty accepted form the rest of my regular co-workers when I do it. Or how about saying ess as in saying the letter "S" as a word when you mean shite?

Yes, I have my own vocabulary that is sometime changing. I adopt new words as I go.

I have begun to gradually adopt certain ancient sanskrit terms. For instance, dharma, has become a popular term nowadays. Many interpretations have been put forward as to its meaning. I came up with an interpretation based on my studies.

For instance, Dharma is to prepare us for yoga. I don't remember dharma being explained like this elsewhere. But, other interpretations add up to this.
