Dear Muslim,
Heres your answer?
The Gospel of Jesus is Good News. That is what "gospel" means in Greek. It is the good news because Jesus has removed the requirements of keeping the Law in order to obtain salvation and that through Jesus, we can obtain eternal life. Jesus made it possible for people to receive the free and complete gift of salvation by faith.
Our father Abraham believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness (Gen. 15:6). It was his faith in God that made Abraham righteous before God, not keeping the law, not keeping the commandments.
The Law of God is perfect because God is perfect. The Law is a reflection of the character of God. It is wrong to lie because lying is against God's character. It is wrong to steal because stealing is against God's character. That is why the Law tells us what is wrong. God is not arbitrary and neither is His Law. Though the Law is good and perfect, no man can keep it perfectly. No person can keep the Law.
Jesus taught us that to even look on a woman with lust in your heart is to commit adultery with her (Matt. 5:27-28). You see, the Law of God is not simply to govern actions. It is for our hearts and attitudes. Purity of heart is what God wants from us. Purity of heart down to the deepest part of our being. Why? Because God's heart is the Purest and Most Holy of all. And since the Law was spoken by Him and came from Him, the Law is Perfect and Holy. That is the level of perfection you must have when trying to keep the Law.
However, we are not able to keep the Law. We sin. We fail. The Law says do not lie, but shows us where we lie -- in our very hearts. It says do not commit adultery, but shows us where we commit adultery -- in our hearts. The Law of God is perfect. We are not. God is perfect and Holy. We are not. We are not able to keep the Law of God because we are finite, limited, and affected by sin. How can anyone ever hope to please God through keeping the Law? How can anyone ever hope to please God and attain heaven by doing good deeds? It is not ourselves that we must please, but a Holy and Pure God.

First of all I will try not to have rigid opinions about all people. Sometimes people dislike others and sometimes they relax into a state of mild indifference. Even when people do dislike others they often do this for some understandable reasons. It is also quite possible that their dislike is not absolute but relative; that they dislike you for your beliefs because they are against their own deeply held and cherished religious or personal convictions.
If you, for example, explore the reasons with people that make them dislike you, you might find them even interesting. And even when those reason you find unreasonable it helps. It helps to know that certain people and their attitude is not worthy of your consideration. This is common. We say such things quite often but can we actually realise this? By having a better knowledge of other and things that come into your life, you can save yourself from a general apathy spreading, and from debilitating sense of rejection. And again if you show some interest in what other people believe you might be able to open few doors both within and in the world around you.
We have a tendency to criticise ourselves harshly we after all should be managing our lives well under all situations. But under circumstances, we often question ourselves too critically assuming that the world around us is what we should live up to, or look up to. It is very common to think like – something is wrong with me. Why people don't like me for what I am, and what I believe in? But thinking like this would only aggravates a situation.

Okay - if you are referring to yourself, why not take an educational course studying Islam. That should give you some historic background and enlighten you to Muslim beliefs.
Perhaps you should try making some muslim friends - like most people, educated ones would be best. You will find out how hospitable they are and what their culture is like.
You can do this exercise with any group of people in order to educate yourself in a proper manner and find the truth on which to base your judgements.
If your question refers to others, give them the same advice. If they continue with their ignorant predjudice, then they are not worth your friendship and you should detach yourself from them. We are judged by the friends we keep.

I suppose u cant talk to them or do anything about it directly yourself because (like said above) they are ignorant and wouldnt listen.
But what you could do is work together with other muslims and people of other religions to help out your community or do things for charity etc. and so build yourself up a reputation to show the good people that u are and show you're like everyone else really.
I really hope this helps you.

Explain to them that disliking an entire religious group is prejudiced. Prejudice is related to racism and racism is caused by ignorance. Therefore anyone who dislikes all Muslims are ignorant.

Explain to them as stated before that hate often comes from ignorance and prejudice always does. If you are friendly and polite, they may eventually change their ideas.

Ask them about their beliefs. If they mention any specific name (Jesus, Buddha, etc.), ask them to show...emphasis on the "show you"...where this person condemns Islam. Chances are, they can't.
"Then, why do you do what Jesus never did?"
