You just go to the Tools button on the top of your browser and click on Internet Options. A window will open up and there will be a button saying Delete Cookies.

Download: Hide Now 2.0
It gets rid of cookies, temporary internet files, cleans out your recycle bin, erases the sites you visited etc.
