Victoria has the mildest weather, they don't get much snow if any. The Okanogan region is pretty nice to but it still gets cold in the winter. Lillooet is the hottest overall but trust me, you don't want to live there.

I'm currently in the southern part of Ontario, currently it's -11, given it's 3am. During the day it hovers around 0 to -4 recently. During this last summer we kept getting heat waves and warnings to stay indoors/avoid direct sunlight because of 30+ during peak hours. This is all in Celsius. For the most part, the weather is pretty decent, nothing ever extreme on cold or hot but occasionally there will be a week or two of really dumb weather
