Playstation Fitness?

If you had a playstation and got all the exercise oriented games such as the dancing, eyetoy and singstar games and played for like an hour each day, would you get enough exercise?

Maybe but i think the only game for the playstation that is anywhere near exercise is Dancing Stage.
