Any suggestions? Can't buy any American food, cause I live in New Zealand(besides SoHo's which aren't exactly healthy...). I run out of ideas really quickly, and its really off-putting.

If you buy her a cooler bag so that her lunches can keep frsh that should be great. So try things like salad sanwhiches with whole meal bread, premium crackers with vegemite or chesse and tomatoe, plenty of fresh fruit, musli bars, tuna on rice crackers, drinks of water or fruit juice, fruit salads or vege salads, yoghurt, rice crackers come in fun size packages, tinned fruit is even good, heaps of things like that

Maybe try out a snack pack that consists of...

1. A Kellogg's Nutri-Grain bar or a Nature Valley crunchy granola bar

2. A bottle of water/or small quantity (200 ml) fruit juice preferably orange

3. Some fruit like a banana, pear, apple or watermelon (any fruit basically!)

4. If you want maybe also take a sandwhich that has cheese, tomato and cucumber in it. make sure it's whole grain bread! (brown bread) because although white bread tastes better it isn't as nutritious cause it's bleached.

Hi The Ideal weight for You is something around 126 lbs . then Your BMI will be about 23 which is in the middle of the normal field . If you wanna lose weight try to have a bit more of exercise , less burgers and pizzas , try fruits instead ( You can only use fruits only for lunch or dinner - not both ) , and be aware that at the begining of losing weight , the first 4-5 kgs are so easy to lose and after that it will be killing to lose ; so dont get disappointed and keep on to Your program and exercise .

Eat goats cheese as an alternative to regular cheese. It contains 40 per cent fewer calories than the cheese constructed from cow’s milk.

People who plan their weekly meals will be more successful at losing weight than people that don’t. Plan your dishes to add healthy carbs such as fairly sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy all the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted you can eat out or order in.

Suck this in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the evening meal. This will help to strengthen your abdominals and your core, and provide you with one step closer to any flatter stomach.

Beans, beans, are beneficial to your heart, the more you take in the more you... lose weight actually. Super-effective and full connected with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and decelerate the rate at which the stomach empties, meaning you keep fuller for longer.

Al dente pasta carries a lower GI value, so is a healthier option than nuking your own fusilli till it’s soggy.
