Look!! it is not that people feel the need for correcting something such as punctuation or grammer, or they always want you to feel bad. But they actually want you to speak and write correctly for always. No one is perfect, but this does not mean that they stop trying to correct what they dont know.. you will learn when you try to learn. If you write incorrectly and even with one spelling mistake the other will never get your point.

Sure, nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. However, unless you are dyslexic you have no excuse to repeat these mistakes again and again. That's what the spellcheck is for if you have problems with spelling. With grammar that is a testament to our education system. There are a lot of people who have dyslexia and work hard to overcome it, then smart-*** people who are just too lazy to learn the English language. That's why!

From our childhood we were educated with the patrons of the correct grammar and what it is involved, we are not perfect but if u learned how to write correctly there is not reason to not put it in practice!

I so much can relate to out grammar in this screwy world, I [had] a girlfriend that was always correcting me on taken, & tooken, near drove me insane a word I know well & I did,nt see the difference, but she oblivosly did, drove me bonkers, her always correcting me on that one.I just gave up & said it the way it came out & who ever listend knew what I ment, so let that one go for sure. good luck, that,s a toughy, good luck in your quest for plesesing someone else. which is so wrong?

Why do people?

is grammatically incomplete as it lacks a verb.

But I should not worry about criticism unless I suffered from low self esteem. Your continuation after "Why do people?" is well spelt, well structured and contains no spelling errors. So why not eff the begrudgers and just be your own self?

Because they can't answer the question but want two points that badly. Or because they like to point out other peoples mistakes because it makes them feel clever!
