Use Adobe Photoshop. Save the image with a lower resolution

open image in MS paint and in first line second tool use that to select image drag from corner to do it small
then save as jpeg

use photoshop or similar program and do one/or more of the following:
resize it to be smaller resolution
reduce color count
zip it
