Does Islam believe that man was created because of Adam and Eve's sins? I read somewhere that this was only the case in Christianity.

Muslims do not believe in original sin. Adam and Eva were forgiven by God.
The idea of original sin came into this world with the creating the astray branch of the religion- Christianity..
Additionally theories about Trinity and crucifiction of Jesus for the original sin were created by people...

Islam believes that God created Adam and Eve and put them in Eden. When the devil tricked them to eat the forbidden fruit they have been sent to the world. I think it is the same with Bible except that in Islam, Devil is not an angel but a creature made from fire and that this sin has been forgiven by God when Adam and Eve were still alive, so we are not sinful seeds of them according to Islam.

Thae case of original sin and every child was born with it does not exist in Islam, just Christianity.

And it was not only Eve's fault but Adam's too they are both equally to blame, they repented and were forgiven.

And why would man be created for Adam and Eve's sin?? they are both human are they not? your question a tad confusing.

If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't.

All this talk about sin sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me. The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.

Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely to me.

First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.

How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?

It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.

One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.

Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.

If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.

If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.

How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.

Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.

If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.

How likely is that????

Think about it.

The idea of sin is simple nonsense; a lie made up about God by religion.

Muslims believe that Adam and Eve were created and allowed to live in paradise until they went against God's direct order to not go near 'the tree' (supposedly an apple tree...). Satan coaxed them into eating fruit from the tree by telling them that it was the fruit of eternal youth and life. After they had tasted the forbidden fruit, they were banished from paradise to toil on earth.

Isn't that the Christian belief also?

Man was not created because of Adam and Eve's sin. Adam was created first...

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Then Eve was created...

Genesis 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
Genesis 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Then came the sin...

Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Genesis 3:2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
Genesis 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
Genesis 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
Genesis 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
Genesis 3:7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Nope, Islam does not believe as such. Christianity believe they have to expiate themselves of sins that were thrusted upon them.

Islam believes that all newborn are pure, and that his parents/guardians are the ones who colour the child.

Yes, I believe that Christianity is the only religion that believe as such.
