That's my workout schedule for every week. I don't have much fat on my stomach but I have fat near my chest. I have some fat their which makes it looks like I have a little bit of man boobs. Is this schedule good enough. What is a better way to loose it faster or make them much smaller within a month. I'm only a highschooler by the way.

You need the Bro or maybe a Manzere. Then u can relax a little.
Just kidding, but u should use weights to exercise your chest muscles. Doing things like butterflies and bench presses at diff angles. This will help more than running, but both is even better. Good Luck.

Look bro the fat in ur chest cannot be reduced by doing excerise, its the problem a lot of people in this world are suffering from this problem i have consulted a doctor about this and he adviced that there is a small surgery that you go through called LIPOSUCATION its a simple surgery and u need to stay for one day if u have big or you can go off with in hours.

One more thing by doing excerise u will make them look more round and firm that will make it a real problem so i advice u to stop that and consult a doctor about it.

Yeah, right Chandu, typical doctor's solution; treat the symptoms and ignore the cause.
How in heaven's name can you suggest liposuction for a 'highschooler'?
The guy's still growin'!
Chest presses and push-ups will only make them bigger, so forget that man.
Next step is to check the fuel. Cut back refined foods and sugars for a while. This includes grains. Increase meat intake and see how your body reacts and adjust accordingly.

Pushups. Works the chest area as opposed to what your current schedule does.
