i need to "clear up" my system and get rid of all the food i ate in the past 24 hours. i heard Prunes and Laxatives work...anything else? anything i would have lying around the house/in fridge that will make me use the restroom more?

a lot of them. literally. avoid nuts and opiates, however. what you want is fiber. hm. maybe i was wrong about the nuts. look here:

Prune juice, absolutely works, quickly too but it is a little nasty; dried prunes are better or even baby food prunes; drink water, eat some rotten salad (or any rotten veggie, it will have you kneeled over, but it works!) Um or try drinking a quart of canola oil.


Why do you have to get rid of all your food?????

Take a very long strip of 1-inch wide cotton fabric (about 40 feet) and slowly swallow starting from one end over the course of a couple days. When it starts to come-out the back, give it a swift yank!

Thats fiber for ya', by gosh.
