Truthfully it can mean many things. Do you get int trouble a lot! Do you pull a lot of pranks on people! Are you young? You know the answers to these questions! It could be he was just being friendly!
So don't jump to conclusions!

Well, I would rather be flattered if a guy called me trouble. You should take it in your stride and feel positive. He certainly thinks you're hot. If you really like him, be flirtatious and get with him. His way of calling you trouble is his way of showing manly compassion and some undoused feelings he probably still holds for you.
