Literally it is like this:
Mera dil/ hriday tumhare liye dhaDaktaa hai
mera=my
dil=heart
tumhare liye=for u
dhaDakata hai= is beating

rather
mera dill ab tumhara hai
meaning
My heart is now yours or belongs to you

mai sada ke liye tumhara hoon
mai=I
sada =ever
ke liye=for
tumhara=yours
hoon=am

But if u really love some nody by heart of yr hearts
In India/ Hindi
I think u need not say any of these words, as
HEART SPEAKS ITS OWN LANGUAGE
NO MOUTH IS NEEDED
