Activities that are therapeutic such as singing, dancing and getting your leg over.
Good fresh fruit and vegetables lightly cooked or not cooked at all.
Avoiding excessive stress, a little bit of stress can be good.
A good woman keeps you young (or man if your female)
I also find a spliff works very well but that is a drug.

It is said HGH injections taken thrice weekly is effective to stop the aging. One doctor in London has used it as for that to him & his wife, they say they are going for honeymoon at the age of 54 yrs, The docor have started the course of treatment to other people now ,a full course for six months' period , costing about 6 lac of rupees in Indian currency.

Cologne injections they bring back the youth in the skin or maybe fat injected into wrinkle lines i have seen done on TV and it always has great results.

Eat good, don't get fat, if you are already fat, don't eat till you lose it. Just drink juices and smoke cigarettes. If you are already old like me, cigarettes are the least of your worries. Fat (Obesity) is the leading cause of young death in America. It's a fact.
