practice, the girl plays a big part in this. If you talking about cumming too soon, you need to climatize yourself, that is couple up and don't move.... control your thoughts etc and start slow.. when feeling the urge....stop.. wait and practice, practice practice,... it takes a patient girl friend, but soon you will last longer and loger.... get her warmed up first with your hand, to get her a head start and work from there.
