I just wonder if the real reason for Africa's aids epidemic is one that has been kept out of the media in such a way that it has become the secret, dirty shame of Africa...?
Just go to Google, and type in "Africa" +"dry sex" and tell me what you think?

It has been proven that a great many diseases elicit a positive for the HIV antibody screening test. It does not mean that all the people in Africa have HIV. A great deal of the problem is that the men go to the cities to work then have female companionship in a country too poor to afford protective measures. The men then go home and bring the diseases home to their women in the villages. Also needles are repetitively reused for medical treatments in poor countries without proper sterilization in between use. They have shown that even the use of a bleach solution for rinsing the needles prior to reuse can decrease the chances of passing HIV but even then one has to convince that population to spend that extra money to utilize it if it is even available to be used. An impoverished diet along with poor sanitation living conditions decreases resistance to disease such that people are more apt to contract many diseases thus decreasing their resistance to HIV also.

nothing on that has been kept secret. poor education, no money, little instruction about condoms (and not being able to buy them...no money or unavailable), religious tradition, and the fact that AIDS spreads like wildfire because people are so sexually active, and is incurable...I read where India, on the other hand, blames truckers driving thru who were using prostitutes who had AIDS..

I know its politically incorrect but now an ebola outbreak? Both epidemics could be caused by cannibalism which is known to still occur across Africa.....

Lack of education.
That's awful..............the womne are really down trodden in Africa. We think we have it bad in England.
My friends daughter lives in Africa and they are led to believe urban myths such as, They only way to not get aids is to have unprotected sex with lots of people..........It's scary stuff and a real concern!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strange practice. But from what I read the problem is that the woman have sex with so many and dry sex can cause condom ripping.
